Transmission via touching a contaminated surface or object (i.e., a fomite) and then touching the mouth, nose, or possibly eyes is also possible, but appears to be a secondary route. Smooth (non-porous) surfaces (e.g., countertops, door knobs) transmit viruses better than porous materials (e.g., paper money, pet fur) because porous, especially fibrous, materials absorb and trap the pathogen (virus), making it harder to contract through simple touch.

If you or a family member feel sick, or if someone in your household has tested positive, we request that you not come into the store. We are proud to be part of this community and proud you trust us with your furry family members! To help #stopthespread, we continue to use hospital-grade cleaning supplies, have hand sanitizer available to our customers, and our employees follow the proper handwashing recommendations regularly.

CURBSIDE PICK UP OPTION:  We will have curbside drop off and pick up available, to facilitate social distancing guidelines. Phone orders and curbside pick up are being highly recommended for the safety of our customers and employees.
