Interviews are done normally from 10am-5pm Mon thru Sat and Sunday 11am-3pm, and an appointment is required.

If you have previously left your four legged friend at LifeTime Pet, please click HERE to make a reservation.

Please call us 913-764-4626, or fill out the information below to schedule a Doggy Interview. During the interview, your dog will be introduced to other dogs and we will discuss how to keep him/her safe, while in our care. Please download and fill out the LifeTime Pet Behavior Questionnaire form. This will help us get to know your dog's personality. The interview will last 10-15 minutes, but your dog is welcome to stay for at least 3 hours, at no charge, so our staff can observe his or her play patterns. This will allow us to learn about the best ways to make your dog safe and comfortable during his/her stay with us.

All dog guests must meet the following requirements:

At least 4 months old
Spayed and/or neutered (if over 7 months old)
Current on vaccinations
Rabies
Distemper
Bordetella every six months
In good overall health
Free of flea and ticks
Dog and people friendly
Approved by Pet Specialist during interview process

LifeTime Pet will also require proof of shot records from your veterinarian prior to his/her first stay. These can be e-mailed to [email protected] or faxed to us at 913-764-4666

Multiple Dog Boarding:
2 dogs: $80 per night
3 dogs: $115 per night
Extended Stay Visits:
Stay 8 nights or more: 10% Off
Drop off 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Pick up before 1pm day of pick up or an additional $18 will be charged
