Dennis Young has been around animals his whole life. He is very knowledgable about dog nutrition and training. One of the dogs he had was a pit bull mix named Tank. Tank was trained by an X-Police dog trainer. Dennis learned alot about dogs and the patience it takes to train an animal. He now has a black lab named Bristal, a cat named Barney and a horse named Bullet! Ask Dennis about fishing & feeding fish too! He is a very successful Tournament Fisherman!

Jamie Young  has been raised around various animals and has owned horses her whole life. At the tinder age of 8, she completed on her horse "Paint". Paint at 33 years old is still alive today and eating Equine Senior. Jamie was also a successful barrel racer on her black horse Option. You can see a picture of them running barrels in our YBARH header! She shares caring for Barney the cat and Bristol the black lab with her husband Dennis & their daughter Marissa. Very Soon, Marissa will have a New baby Sister!!

Jana Barcus our Field Representative & Equine Specialist. She plans and carries out all our Equine related Store Events with the help of the entire YBARH Team! She has taken care of animals and rode horses her whole life. This experience has given her a wealth of knowledge on alot of animals. Her passion and expertise is with the Equine World. A past MBRA Champion Team Roper, winner of Saddles, buckles, & assorted awards for Team Roping, Barrel Racing & Pole Bending, she spends her personal time with her husband Bill and son Billy Lane, roping and hauling rodeo's & events. For years, she has secretaried and helped produce many Youth Rodeo's & events including CYRA, American Royal Invitational Youth Rodeo, WPRA Divisional Tours & Open Barrel Races including the first 4D Barrel Race to the American Royal, The American Royal Barrel Blast. She is a past NBHA Kansas District 11 Director producing 10-18 barrel races per year. Jana is a proud Purina Ambassador. Her favorite horses thru the years have been Big Red, Brownie, Branny, Poncho, Rocky, Banchee, & Dealer just to name a few. Her favorite dogs are Sammy, Butchy, Woodrow & Wyatt. When you go to the Crossfire Ranch for a jackpot or a riding lesson, you will find horses, cattle, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, & goats! All the Animals at the Ranch eat feed by Purina Mills.

Maris Ewing - I grew up with animals and loved every minute of it. I was constantly self educating about them and was so interested to get to know more. I have always been inspired by the way they have this forgiving and never ending love they have to share. I am an Animal Behavior College certified dog trainer. I moved to Kansas from Illinois in 2008 and I am looking to help out people in the area with dog training with my business For The Dogs Training. Its a huge task to take on all of Kansas cities dogs and owners, But I am in this For The Dogs and I have no greater joy than to see an owner and dog with a beautiful relationship. Working with Y Bar H is a great opportunity to share my knowledge of dog training and dog nutrition with people to keep our dogs well behaved, happy, and healthy! I have 3 German Shepherds named Veda, Loki, Havoc, and a pitbull named Nina that you can see hanging out in the store with me. "
